Josh Sklar is currently the CEO and Executive Creative Director for CCG.XM in the Asia Pacific. XM is the new media arm of the Cordiant Communications Group Worldwide. The APAC hub is headquartered in Singapore.

Josh is in charge of creative conceptualization, client strategy and management of the creative, production and technical teams. He contributes with new business initiatives for XM and its clients as well as helping to guide the direction and development of the agency as a whole.
